1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY: This is a legal agreement between you ("User") and MktRecap.com ("MktRecap", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the website, subdomains, bots, alerts, integrations, or any other services provided by MktRecap (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. Scope of Platform

The MktRecap Platform includes MktRecap.com and all associated services, including but not limited to subdomains, bots, Telegram/Discord/Webhook integrations, email alerts, mobile views, APIs, and any related content or technology owned or operated by us.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform, or 13+ with verified consent from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Services and No Financial Advice

MktRecap provides an informational platform. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice. MktRecap is not a broker, investment advisor, financial planner, or tax advisor. You are solely responsible for interpreting and acting on any information provided. All content is for informational purposes only. Use of our services is at your sole risk.

You acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency and financial markets involve inherent risk. You may lose some or all of your funds or your clients' funds. Cryptocurrencies are a new and evolving technology, and associated risks—including those we cannot foresee—may result in losses.

5. Referral and Affiliate Disclosure

Some links or recommendations on our site may be referral or affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you sign up or purchase through those links. This compensation does not affect the content or recommendations we provide. You are under no obligation to use such links. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, and use is at your own discretion and risk.

6. Subscription Plans, Prices & Payment Terms

Access to certain services requires a paid subscription, billed via Stripe or other approved payment processors. All prices, promotions, and terms are subject to change without prior notice. The price you are charged is determined at the time you confirm your order. Inaccuracies or typographical errors in pricing may be corrected at our discretion.

All charges are processed according to the frequency you select (monthly, yearly, etc.). Additional fees (e.g., taxes or bank fees) may be imposed by your financial institution and are outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without liability.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds except where legally required or in exceptional, clearly justified cases. Refund requests must be submitted via [email protected] and are reviewed individually.

  • No Misuse of Services: You must not use the Platform for purposes other than those intended.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate account termination. Whether behavior constitutes a violation will be determined at MktRecap’s sole discretion.

The materials provided on the Platform may contain errors or inaccuracies. MktRecap does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information provided and is under no obligation to update it. We reserve the right to modify or remove any material without notice.

10. Publicly Data and AI Disclaimer

MktRecap.com aggregates publicly available data from various sources. We utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process, analyze, and enhance this data. Despite our efforts, we explicitly state that we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. 15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MktRecap, its affiliates, partners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MktRecap operates. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
